The Stem Roadtrip

Apply By 1/25/2016

Fueled by    USO

As a veteran or currently transitioning service member, you’ve served your country proudly. But now that your service has ended, how do you decide what’s next? Start by hitting the road with us to talk to others who have been there—and are thriving.

This spring, for our TV series, Roadtrip Nation is partnering with the USO, a military support nonprofit, to send three recent U.S. military veterans or currently transitioning service members on a cross-country road trip to seek out veterans who have successfully transitioned to civilian life and have advice and wisdom to share. This four-week road trip will take chosen applicants coast to coast in Roadtrip Nation’s green RV for an inspiring and unforgettable adventure where they’ll sit down with veterans of all backgrounds who have found meaningful work beyond their military service. Selected road-trippers will discover how veterans with all kinds of interests overcame challenges; applied their unique skills, leadership, and discipline to new careers; and ultimately defined their own way forward.
